ABOUT ME
Nice to meet you

I discovered my passion for Career Coaching after the company I had been working at for seven years decided they were reorganizing and my department had been eliminated effective immediately. After a period of panic and mindlessly submitting applications for anything I could find with no success, I remember thinking there must be a better way. I started researching and then studying to become a Career Coach. Because, yes, there are better ways.
In my work, I like to place emphasis on self-reliance and self-discovery, meaning that I prefer to take the role of a facilitator or a mentor. My methodology follows the current research in the field overall, and I take care of keeping on top of all new developments in the field.
I am a member of the National Career Development Association, the North Carolina Career Development Association, and Career Thought Leadership.
